The double contact grill RCKG-3600-F from Royal Catering is a professional piece of cooking equipment designed for hotel restaurants, cafés, fast food restaurants and catering companies, as well as for private use. The flexible grill has a large double grill surface which is perfect for preparing grilled snacks like paninis, sandwiches, grilled vegetables or steaks and other meat specialities.

The cast iron grill plate has a smooth enamelled surface, and the two powerful 1,800-watt heating elements bring it quickly to the desired temperature. The energy-efficient grill surface distributes the heat to the food evenly from above and below. The enamel coating prevents food from sticking to the plates.

The panini grill is equipped with two height-adjustable grill plates (each 21.4 x 21.4 cm) on top, which adapt optimally to the food to be grilled, and one large lower grill surface (48 x 23 cm), which ensure that the food can be heated individually and from both sides. The plates are electrically operated, so there is no annoying smoke, which makes the electric grill ideal for indoor use.

You can precisely adjust the temperature of the two grill plates separately between 30 and 300 °C. The thermostat reliably maintains the selected temperature once it is reached. The double contact grill allows you to grill food on two separate grill plates to the exact temperature required by the food in question.

Various status lights give you maximum control over the device conditions. The integrated green lights indicate that the grill or individual plate is active. Additional orange indicators are illuminated while the heating elements are heating up and go out when the set temperature is reached. The contact grill is also equipped with an overheat protection which guarantees safe operation of the device.

The double contact grill's housing is made of durable and robust stainless steel, which makes it a winner from a hygienic point of view. The material is resistant to mechanical damage and resistant to contamination such as rust, water stains, corrosion or food residues, so the contents remain food-safe in taste and smell.

The sandwich grill also has a removable stainless steel grease drip tray which catches any grease that drips out of the device during grilling.
