Contact Grill - Ribbed Griddles - 2200 W
The contact grill RCKG-2200-G from Royal Catering is a professional kitchen appliance which is perfectly suited for usage in hotel restaurants, bars, fast-food restaurants or catering companies, as well as in your home kitchen. The griddles are very versatile and can be used for preparing meat, vegetables, sandwiches, panini or eggs.
The casing is made from stainless steel and has an upper and lower griddle which also keep the grilled dishes warm. The griddles are heated electronically. Accordingly, there is no irritating smoke or smell as there usually occurs when grilling. This makes the electric grill perfect for usage inside.
Both griddles of the professional contact grill RCKG-2200-G are height-adjustable. The griddles are made from cast iron and have an enamel paint with double non-stick coating which prevents food from becoming stuck. The ribbed surface has a characteristic wave pattern.
The contact grill has a removable drip tray where the fat gathers during the food preparation. This not only allows you to grill in a healthy and low-fat way, but it also makes the grill easy to clean afterwards. Non-slip rubber knobs and heat insulated handles ensure your safety while cooking.
The seamless temperature adjustment between 50 and 300 °C and the 2200 watts power allow you to prepare meat, fish, vegetables or sandwiches in a gentle manner. In addition to that, the two built-in control lights make using the device remarkably easy. The green control light shows you when the contact grill is switched on, while the orange one expires when the adjusted temperature has been reached.

It is magnificent, the cooking of the meat is wonderful, the temperatures are reached quickly. A high-level professional plate. You can cook sandwiches and stuffed toasts and whatever you want. The external structure is sturdy and is completely made of steel. The plates are made of sturdy cast iron. Simple to use. A unique satisfaction when I use it. My wife and I are truly satisfied.

We previously had a coated contact grill and since it was no longer usable after 2 years we decided on this model and we are absolutely delighted! The toast finally tastes crispy again and steaks also turn out great. I carefully use a brush to clean it and am very happy with the cleaning results and can recommend this contact grill without reservation!
