Excellent toaster for making panini, McDonald's croque, monsieur croque and others, I use a baking sheet so as not to dirty the smooth plates, heats very high, 200C° is more than sufficient. I would just have liked to have a metal brush to cleaning.the device weighs very heavy 19kg.

The grill is made of stainless steel, it weighs a bit, is therefore stable and has two grill plates made of enameled cast iron (i.e. metal and glass, no Teflon or other scratch-sensitive and toxic stuff). The best thing to do is to find a permanent place for him. All you need is a power outlet nearby. After a maximum of 10 minutes of warming up (set the timer) it starts: grill food on it, a little oil, put the lid on, whoosh, wait 3 minutes, done. Steam is created, but not a lot of dirt. This is ideal for quick paleo food: All you need is the protein-rich grilled food (frozen or thawed), then peppers, collard greens, onions, etc. That's it. Nothing sticks or sticks. After 13-15 minutes (with warm-up!) you are ready and eat. Great roasted aromas. Toasting, panini, scrambled eggs also work. Cleaning the plates is then just a little more complicated. This also works great with a wooden spatula. A patina develops, that's just how it is. Oh yes: I ordered the grill in the morning and it was there the next day.

Built like a tank, works like a charm. Should have bought this years ago. Great packaging. Really as good as advertised.
