The guarantee period starts from the invoice date of the guarantee service. Our Premium Guarantee covers Europe. Should material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, we will provide one of the following services at our discretion:
No further claims arise from the Premium Guarantee. In particular, there are no claims for compensation, including consequential damages.

The Premium Guarantee covers all internal components within the device casing. It does not cover the casing itself, external components, connection parts, or any included accessories that are not used within the device. Claims are also excluded for wear-and-tear parts and damage caused by improper use, failure to follow the operating instructions, unauthorised repairs, or environmental factors.
To make a guarantee claim, you must first contact us and then allow us to examine the product by sending it in. The cost and risk of shipping to expondo Polska sp. z o.o. sp. k. are borne by the customer. We will cover the cost of returning the product from expondo Polska sp. z o.o. sp. k. to the specified delivery address.
These terms do not apply to products from the following third-party brands: APS, Aquaphor, Borotto, CAMBRO, Hamilton Beach®, HEITRONIC, Liss, Merida, Monolith, Pro Bauteam, Qbrick System, TECTOR, TEM, Tungsram. Warranty conditions for these brands depend on the manufacturer.
Note:
Your statutory rights from the purchase contract remain unaffected by this guarantee. Any statutory warranty rights you may have continue to apply, regardless of whether a guarantee claim is made or the guarantee is used. If the product is defective, you can always contact us within the framework of the statutory warranty, irrespective of the Premium Guarantee.
