Thanks to a broad temperature range of -20 to 300 °C, the Gastronorm pan is perfect for a variety of dishes from delicious ice cream to hot sauces or casseroles.
With its robust and dimensionally stable construction, the GN 1/3 container is perfect for the high demands of the catering industry and impresses with its timeless design. It is 20 mm deep and has a volume of up to 0.75 L. Thanks to the flattened corner edges, the GN pan can be precisely placed in a bain-marie or refrigerated display case and easily removed again later. The specialised shape of the rim prevents steam from escaping when a properly fitting GN 1/3 lid is used, thus guaranteeing efficient use of heat when the container is in the water bath.
The resilient stainless steel is not only flavourless and odourless, but also particularly durable. The material makes the stainless steel Gastronorm pan highly resistant to corrosion. Stainless steel also optimally transfers the desired temperature to the food inside: Cold stays cold, hot stays hot. You can also easily store food in the refrigerator or heat it up in the oven in the GN container.
The smooth surface of the polished Gastronorm pan 1/2 is easy to clean and dishwasher-safe. The rounded bottom corners also facilitate quick and thorough cleaning of the GN container. The GN pan is ready for use immediately after washing and can be combined with GN containers of different sizes thanks to the European standard EN 631. In the event that you don't currently need to the GN pan, you can stack it together with others to save space and store it in a cupboard.
