It is 100 mm deep and can hold a volume of up to 2.2 L. Thanks to the flattened corner edges, the GN pan can be easily stacked or placed in a bain-marie or refrigerated display case and easily removed again later. In addition, the special shape of the rim prevents steam from escaping and thus guarantees efficient use of the heat when the container is in a water bath.
