The commercial gas griddle is 50 cm wide and is fitted with both a side and rear splash guard. This protects your grilled food not only from wind and heat loss, but also prevents it from falling down or grease from spattering your equipment. The 1 cm-thick and 50 x 40 cm grill plate is made of carbon steel, which perfectly transfers the heat to your food. The smooth surface is very hygienic and prevents the electric flat top grill from warping due to heat.

The built-in fully automatic thermostat guarantees that the temperature you set is constantly fed to your grill, which you can set from 50 to 300 °C with a control knob. Thanks to the powerful 3,200 W heating element, the electric griddle grill reaches its operating temperature in no time. For safety, the overheat protection switches off the grill if the temperature gets too high.

The electric grill is fitted with a removable grease collection tray, into which any excess drippings flow through a drain device. This drip tray can be easily removed and cleaned in the dishwasher.
