Four welding processes in one device supported by efficient IGBT inverter technology - With the S-MULTI 195 combination welding machine, you can achieve welding results that can be seen.
The synergy function makes it easier for you to optimally coordinate all parameters in MIG/MAG welding. You only need to select the required voltage between 30 and 195 A and the rest of the parameters will be set automatically. With the soft-start function, the device achieves uniform and optimal welding results in MIG/MAG welding right from the start. The voltage is automatically regulated by inductance, welding spatter is prevented and clean welds are achieved. The wire slot is integrated in the device and designed for rolls with a diameter of 200 mm. The wire should have a diameter between 0,8 and 1 mm so that it can be transported without problems at a speed of 3 to 19 m/min. If you want to weld without gas with the FCAW method, simply use flux cored wire for welding and change the polarity according to the operating instructions.
The high-performance IGBT inverter allows for a quick changeover between the welding methods and in doing so facilitates high-quality welds with an extremely low error rate. The clearly designed control panel with LED display provides maximum control of the welding parameters. You can adjust the amperage and voltage, activate the VRD function, switch operation between 2-stroke and 4-stroke, and finally choose the welding process.
In MIG / MAG welding, the weld is protected with gases using MIG inert gases and MAG with active gases. It is characterized by a high weld quality, efficiency, and welding speed. It is universally applicable, so it is just as suitable for welding on steel structures as for smaller welding work.
The synergy function makes it easier for you to select all the parameters of MIG / MAG welding You need only to select the required voltage between 30 and 195 A and the remaining parameters are set automatically.
With the soft-start function, the device achieves uniform and optimal welding results from the start during MIG / MAG welding. The voltage is automatically regulated by inductance, therefore welding sprays are prevented and clean weld seams are reached.
The WIG welding method of the S-MULTI 195 uses the Lift arc ignition to activate the arc. It is suitable for most metals and can be used with metal of a thickness of 0,5 mm. The torch welds with little spatter and splashes, producing welding seams of a high quality with hardly any deformations. The welding parameters are easy to control via the control panel; welding from different positions is also viable, such as vertically, horizontally or overhead.
For the hand-held welding (MMA), no additional gas is required so that it can be used outdoors even in strong winds.. The welding device generates a very stable current with the voltage being held securely. Very good welding results are achieved upon a variety of metals. The VDR function provides more safety in manual welding, especially when welding in humid environments. For optimum welding results, the functions HOT START, ARC FORCE and ANTISTICK ensure automatic, fast and comfortable welding.
For FCAW welding, the weld seam is produced using a cored wire without the need for additional gas as a protection. This is very useful as it allows for welding in different positions and can be easily used outdoors. It is suitable for various small metal works, repairs or simple welding work on the car.

IGBT = insulated-gate bipolar transistor. IGBT is a bipolar transistor with an insulated gate electrode. This semi-conducting device is being increasingly used in power electronics because it combines the advantages of two transistor types: the easy controls of the field effect transistor and the fast switching and high breakdown voltage of the bipolar transistor. TIG/MIG and MAG welding require a protective gas. Inert gases, such as argon and helium, as well as active gases (for example carbon dioxide) and other mixtures can be used. The solenoid valve regulates the flow of gas. The valve is operated via a button on the torch.

bien appareil conforme au attente dommage toute fois que la torche tig soit livrer sans pointe de tungstene .sinon rien a redire sur la prestation bien livrer dans les 3 jours merci

Arbeitet einwandfrei; Habe mit diesem Gerät ein Edelstahlgeländer geschweisst alles tipTop.
Wichtig, bei der Lieferung sind üblicherweise sind keine Wolfram Elektroden; Schutzgassdraht oder sonstige Verschleissmaterialen dabei, nicht vergessen dieses mitzubestellen ;). Das Gerät ist für den Privatgebrauch absolut tiptop.
Très bien. Après utilisation MMA et MIG fil fourré. Attention ne s’adapte pas aux petites bobines. J’ai du modifier l’appareil. Pas un big deal.Au final fait très bien le job. Très satisfait.
