TIG/MIG and MAG welding require a protective gas. Inert gases, such as argon and helium, as well as active gases (for example carbon dioxide) and other mixtures can be used. The solenoid valve regulates the flow of gas. The valve is operated via a button on the torch.

On the back of every welding machine is a screw with an earthing mark. Before use, earth the unit via a cross-section cable, which must be at least 6 mm².

A non-contact high-frequency ignition in TIG mode ensures a cleaner weld starting point.

Do I have to prepare the workpiece for welding? And if so, how?

Chemical and flammable substances must be removed before welding from the surface, because they can catch fire and toxic substances can be released.

How can I clean the device?

The appliance must be disconnected from the mains before cleaning. Use cleaning agents that prevent corrosion.

La máquina ha sido un infierno desde el principio, al principio me pedía cambiar los tres modos para poder empezar a soldar con electrodo. Pensé que era una medida de seguridad por lo que no me lo tomé muy mal. Hasta que un día dejó de funcionar directamente pese a cambiar de los tres modos no había manera de empezarla a soldar con ella. No la aconsejo para nada.

Bonjour. Je suis un soudeur pro et j'ai acheté ce poste pour un usage perso. Ça fait plus de 3 ans que j'utilise ce poste et il fonctionne très bien. En TIG son arc et très stable même a très faible intensité. Seul petit bémol la qualité de la torche mais elle fonctionne bien et il faut du consommable torche car il mette le minimum, mais l'important c'est le générateur. Un poste de cette qualité a ce prix avec HF, Pulsé, réglage de de la courbe de soudage "pré-gaz, monté d'arc, décante d'arc, poste-gaz" et 200A. Bon petit poste :)
