With the food slicer RCAM-250PRO, Royal Catering, your online retailer for food service and butcher's equipment, offers a top-quality universal cutter. The meat slicer is made of high-quality anodised aluminium, making it effectively resistant to corrosion and easy to clean. It also meets international sanitary standards.
The meat slicer's cutting blade is 250 mm in diameter, making it perfectly suited for all kinds of sausage, meats and cheeses. This diameter is ideal for expertly and precisely slicing most standard goods. The hard chrome-plated specialty blade is hollow-ground and has a smooth edge.
The cutting machine is powered by a powerful 180-watt motor. This high power is transferred perfectly through the individually-developed mechanism with minimal energy loss. This ensures that you can work at maximum efficiency while also cutting through even hard cheese like butter. Operating costs are kept low, and you use the full power of the device.
The high-quality polished anodised aluminium housing is of particular note. The housing is made of an aluminium alloy which is particularly suited to sanitary work with food. The anodised surface of the aluminium, and the ability to quickly dismantle the pieces, guarantee that cleaning the device is quick and easy.
The meat slicer has a cutting thickness of 0 - 12 mm which can be continuously adjusted. The blade is made of special blade steel, which is noticeable in the quality of the cutting results and the long service life of the blade. The oblique cutter is also equipped with a blade protector. The blade has a protector on the cutting edges to increase safety and prevent accidents.

Screen machine

Customer service has been absolutely superb, so I have nothing but praise for expondo, but when the machine arrived it was not fully assembled. The drive belt around the motor was not on, and there was both a dent and a notch on the machine, but as the birthday present was for a cooking technician, he solved the drive and the machine works flawlessly and is used extensively.

I love this slicer

I started curing my own bacon at home and wanted a slicer. I started with a cheap home unit, absolute rubbish so sent it back. Bought this one and it’s just perfection, quiet, fast, easy to clean, though I learned not to try slicing black pudding as it’s too sticky a material, everything else is so easy., build quality is top notch.
