The commercial gas griddle is 65 cm wide and is fitted with both a side and rear splash guard. This protects your grilled food not only from wind and heat loss, but also prevents it from falling down or grease from spattering your equipment. The grill is made of high-quality stainless steel, making it corrosion-resistant and easy-to-clean. The large grill plate is made of cast iron and transfers heat perfectly to your food.

The double gas griddle grill consumes gas at a rate of 0.228 m³/h at a pressure of 30 mbar. The cutting-edge countertop gas griddle works with propane or butane gas. You can continuously operate this griddle from Royal Catering using the two modern temperature controls. You also have the ability to set each half of the cooktop to a different heat level. Thanks to the two powerful burners, each driven by 3,000 watts, the gas griddle quickly reaches its operating temperature of 50 to 300 °C. In addition, the electric grills from Royal Catering are equipped with overheating protection. The double gas griddle is equipped with a removable grease drip tray. The device boasts remarkable stability thanks to its non-slip rubber feet which also protect your working surfaces from any scratches.

The grill brush included in the set has a 9 cm-long brush head made up of three elongated spirals with bristles. With a bit of water and cleaning product, you can quickly clean the grill's surface of deposits. The stainless-steel bristles extend beyond the edges of the brush head so you can reach even difficult-to-clean spots such as struts by simply angling the brush. The 26,5 cm handle ensures comfortable use.
