Product Description

Replace brake lines with the brake line flaring tool

One of the most important parts of a vehicle are the brake lines, which have to provide reliable service. However, even well-secured lines wear out over time due to external factors, be it aggressive road salt or other environmental influences. With the brake line flaring tool you can repair or replace brake lines by flaring the ends to fit exactly and thus adapt them for connecting pieces.

Use the flaring tool to shape double or convex lines

With the brake line flaring tool you can flare the end of a pipe, in the case of brake or hydraulic lines, in order to precisely secure the cap for connecting the lines. The dies and punches are designed to reshape brake lines with a diameter of 4.75 and 6 mm and to produce DIN-compliant convex flares and double flares in accordance with SAE. Thanks to the hydraulic clamping devices and the high-quality material of the tool parts, you can effortlessly flare even steel pipes.
The clamping device for the dies and punches is very easy to use and can also be used directly on the car. The die blocks even allow flares at an angle of 45°, which are required for some cap screws. The 15-piece set comes in a plastic case with a space for every piece and an integrated handle for convenient transportation.
