I received the sauna heater, which serves as a replacement for an 18-year-old heater, within 5 days (with a weekend in between) of the delivery notification. The product corresponds exactly to the description and was already in operation after 2 hours. Exchange simple and unproblematic.

The oven fully serves its purpose. It heats up quickly and spreads a pleasant warmth. The assembly and electrical connection are easy. After half an hour when heating up for the first time, the associated odor development is over.

Unfortunately there was damage on the first delivery. Returns and exchanges were problem-free. The new oven works perfectly.

The oven serves its purpose – price/performance: very good. The delivery time corresponds to the announcement; the packaging is good. The information about the product is inadequate. The description on the website does not correspond in essential parts to the instructions for use: - According to this, the oven must be installed 20 cm from the floor; However, the first picture shows a floor model and it only says “Wall mounting possible”. However, this is absolutely necessary for air circulation to work. - The wall mounting is not well thought out. With normal screws, the stove can only be firmly connected to the wall if you use an offset screwdriver. (Tip: use an auxiliary construction or Allen screws) - To mount the power cable, a hole must be drilled or sawed through hard plastic (no removable plugs). - The thermostat is not built in, but must (sensibly!) be mounted on the ceiling and is included in the control unit, which can be purchased separately. - When used for the first time, a smoking protective layer of the heating elements burns. Only after about an hour of heating with the door open can the sauna be used without odor emissions. - There is no mention in the description that no power connection cable is included.

The ordered goods were delivered very quickly within two days. That was surprisingly good, because initially a delivery time of 6 days was announced. Unfortunately, the electrical connection to the sauna heater became a problem. The electrical connection is not described in more detail in the operating instructions: it only says “400V 3N, 5x2.5”. There is neither a circuit diagram nor information about the assignment of the connection terminals. After all, there is a silver sticker with the connection designations in the sauna heater's connection box. However, this sticker's position and size did not fit the connection terminal. This resulted in me initially connecting the oven incorrectly, one of the three fuses immediately tripping and the oven not functioning properly. I then complained about the sauna heater and received a returns number within two days. When packing the goods, I took another closer look at the connection terminal and recognized the error with the incorrect assignment of the terminals. After I connected the sauna heater correctly, it worked perfectly. My conclusion: Grade 2…3 for technically savvy people, Grade 5 if it is for “normal consumers”.
