I'm glad that the goods arrived a few days ago and were delivered in perfect condition. Delivery time was ok (a little longer than expected, but completely within limits). I found it particularly good that it was transparently communicated which service delivered it and that the shipment tracking via link worked and was traceable. This may sound obvious, but it is not at all. Sometimes (at other shops) things get stuck at customs (CH) or go to other communities, other interim storage facilities - and then returned to the sender. I've already experienced everything... I haven't used the product yet due to a lack of time and the current sauna construction, but I looked at it and it corresponds to what I ordered. I'm very familiar with sauna heaters. They're also fundamentally simpler than a hairdryer, although they have to be connected differently with 380 volts. But it won't be a problem. Other reviewers here complained about the ticking of the timer. So I knew it and ordered the oven anyway. You have to live with it or rebuild the watch. In addition, new sauna heaters (and fireplace stoves too!) smell terrible when they are first used, which is why it is a good idea to buy used heaters. I will temporarily connect the sauna heater in the garden and let it burn out before installing it. Not everyone may have the opportunity to do this. But because the general conditions were clear to me, I ordered the Expondo oven, simply because the size, performance and price correspond to my wishes. The Hornbach models would have been an alternative, or a used one, but the current one is completely ok. A problem could be that no replacement heating elements can be found for these no-name products. But I'll take care of that when the time comes. Given the price of the oven, the risk is acceptable.
