Whether you're working on building sites, making detailed maps or surveying, the level staff from Steinberg Systems enables you to perform measurements comfortably and precisely. It serves as a standard scale for measuring using automatic levelling devices to determine height differences, for example to create level surfaces, exactly orient devices and machines or to determine gradients for watercourses.
Measuring equipment with spirit level and bag
With a length of 5 m when fully extended, the levelling staff offers a generously dimensioned scale and target point for levelling instruments. The two scales on the front and back are divided into millimetres and centimetres as an E-scale so that you can carry out both course and fine measurements with this levelling rod. The level staff has five separate segments of 1.23 m each which can be collapsed and stowed in the sturdy bag with velcro closure and shoulder strap for transport or when not in use.
The aluminium survey staff is robust and equipped with high-quality joints that prevent the level staff from sagging or swelling and causing inaccuracies. The survey rod also comes with a spirit level for achieving vertical alignment of the level staff and increasing the accuracy of the measurement. The lightweight measuring instrument from Steinberg unites precision with comfort.

Practical
Very good quality sight. I used it for sanitation earthworks with a Bosch laser level, it is practical because it is graduated in cm. For me, who am not an experienced surveyor, it is more readable than the red and black inscriptions.
