Due to the daily and intensive work our RCGT-1 vegetable slicer finds within large kitchens, canteens, restaurants and even in private home use, even the strongest blade can becomes weak, after a period of time. For this reason, we provide the spare blade 1.27-RCGT-1 from Royal Catering for our vegetable cutter as an extra accessory.
With the spare blade, you can handle the daily processing of salads, turnips, cucumbers or tomatoes with a diameter of up to 8.5 cm, and cut them into 1,3 x 1,3 cm wide sticks. The blades are made of stainless steel and guarantee clean cutting edges at all times.
