The soup station has a round pot with a capacity of 7 l and a matching lid. Use the control dial on the base of the food warmer to set the desired temperature between 30 - 110 °C. Thanks to the high temperature range, the appliance is also perfect for fondues or melting chocolate. The bain marie works reliably with a power of 500 W. Particularly practical: The stainless steel food warmer works as a closed system and does not need to be filled with water, as is usually the case with bain maries.
