The hood dishwasher for professional gastronomy has a total power of 8600 W. Due to this power it is able to rinse up to 30 baskets with the dimensions 50 x 50 cm per hour. Each load has a capacity of 65 L, so you won't have any problems getting dirty dishes clean fast enough.

With its maximum rinsing temperature of 92 °C, the push-through dishwasher takes care of even the most stubborn dirt and food residues. At the same time, the hood dishwasher is extremely economical with a water consumption of only 1,5 L per rinse cycle.

The casing of the hood dishwasher is made of high-quality, well-processed stainless steel, which is extremely easy to clean and very durable with a high resistance to corrosion. In addition, the pull-through dishwasher has the protection class IPX4, an input current of 12.6 A and an operating voltage of 400 V.
