The electric deep fryer RCKF-16DSH is the perfect appliance for preparing large amounts of chips. With a total capacity of 32 litres and two high-voltage connectors powered by 6,000 watts each, this device will provide just as reliably for guests at official functions in conference hotels as for hungry attendees at open air events. The elegant stainless steel base cabinet enables the double deep fryer to be free-standing.

The double fryer is equipped with two 16-litre tanks which can each be filled with up to 10 litres of oil. This gives you the ability to fry up to 6 kg of chips in total at the same time. It is highly versatile for commercial use and ideal for preparing fish, vegetables, wings, chips and more. The two frying tanks can be used independently of each other, allowing you to prepare different foods at the same time.


Thanks to the high performance of the two removable 6,000-watt heating elements, the oil rapidly reaches the maximum temperature of 200 °C. As soon as the oil reaches 180 °C, you can begin preparing large amounts of chips within just four or five minutes. You can serve up 50 to 60 servings of freshly-fried chips in that amount of time. The highly-sensitive thermostat keeps the oil basin heat at a constant temperature for the best cooking results.


The frying baskets of the electric deep fryer RCKF-16DSH measure 25 x 23 x 12 cm each and are equipped with heat-insulating handles. The fine-mesh baskets can be hung on hangers on the side of the basin to allow excess oil to drain out. Pieces of food that fall out of the basket or sink to the bottom collect in the cold zone at the bottom of the basin and do not burn, allowing the oil to retain its natural flavour.


The electric double deep fryer and the base cabinet are made of stainless steel, which is an excellent material for food preparation, thanks to its hygienic properties. The smooth surfaces are also very easy to clean. The removable heating elements are another plus for cleaning, allowing you to reach every part of the container. The drain taps in the base cabinet enable you to quickly and efficiently drain the oil. Tainted oil that has gathered in the cold zone can also be drained out during operation and replaced with fresh oil.


A safety fuse automatically switches off the device as soon as the heating element is removed, preventing accidents. The deep fryer is also equipped with a thermal fuse which protects against overheating. After cleaning, or when the fryer is not in use, you can close it with the cover to protect it from dust and contaminants. The non-slip rubber feet ensure secure footing in every kitchen.


The control panel is very clearly arranged. The on-button lights up as soon as the device is switched on. You can set the temperature using the continuous control knob. The glowing display lets you see whether the device is heating up or has reached the desired temperature. You will always know exactly when the oil is hot enough for frying. Each container has its own control panel and is powered by its own power connection.


The built-in base cabinet is equipped with ventilation slots on the sides to let out surplus heat. The two full-length doors can be easily opened using the two handles. Inside, you will find storage space for tolerant items such as oil containers, as well as access to the drain taps which are located there, unobtrusively out of the way. The cabinet stands out for its sturdy construction. With its four solid feet, it can find a place in any kitchen.

To withstand the pressure, you need efficient equipment. That's what this deep fryer is for. Two spacious baskets and the power of the 6,000W heating element allow you to process large quantities of food in a short time. In addition, the integrated oil drain mechanism greatly influences the cleaning time of the unit during and after service. I would find such a device useful in many restaurants.

What is the advantage of a deep fryer with a cold zone?

Frying always produces food particles that collect on the bottom of the fryer. The cold zone prevents these particles from burning during frying. If the fryer is equipped with a drain tap, the contaminated oil in the cold zone can be removed from the container even during operation.

Is this device easy to clean?

Multiple factors make it easy to clean. The drain taps allow you to drain the oil from the containers in just a few seconds. The stainless-steel surfaces are smooth and easy to clean. The heating element and control panel can be completely removing, making it easy to reach all parts of the fryer.

What's the maximum amount of oil I can use for frying?
