The two chains enable you to adjust the spread of the legs, meaning you can set the stand to different working heights and widths. The windshield stand's tubes are galvanised and have a material thickness of 1.2 mm. The 28 mm in diameter tubes provide good stability and have a maximum weight capacity of 300 kg. The windscreen stand also has rubber caps on the feet to provide secure and non-slip footing.
Four rubberised suction cups provide optimum grip and protect the glass from scratches. The tubes are also coated with EPE foam along the top of the stand.
