For grain, wood chips or pellets: the Wiesenfield screw conveyor efficiently transports up to 1000 kg of free-flowing bulk material per hour. The premium pellet conveyor smoothly delivers raw material into a pellet press or other machinery, handling height differences up to 1.4 m. The screw conveyor is particularly well-suited for tight spaces due to its efficient performance and compact size. The appliance is mounted on a robust frame with four wheels so that you can easily push it to the place of use.
Carbon steel conveyor with large feed hopper
You control the different conveying heights by positioning the spiral conveyor at various incline angles. This allows you to adjust for heights of 110, 116, 122, 128, 134, or 140 cm. At 54 x 54 x 44 cm, the feed hopper is especially spacious, facilitating swift and efficient material intake. Regulate the feed volume by modifying the opening size of the chute. An adjustable sieve catches larger particles such as bark and twigs and thus supports the uninterrupted transport of your bulk material. The integrated mixing hopper in the screw conveyor keeps grain and other materials loose, preventing blockages. The model is constructed from 3 mm thick carbon steel, making it highly durable and robust. This reduces appliance maintenance and minimises business downtime.
