The Wiesenfield screw conveyor is perfect for transporting loose raw materials like grain, wood chips, or fertiliser. It's ideal for loading your tractor or filling a machine. The screw conveyor is also great for filling a pellet machine. With a feed speed of 80 - 1000 kg/h, you tailor the auger conveyor to the exact demands of the press. This way, you optimise your workflow, increase productivity, and produce perfect pellets with minimal time investment.
Screw conveyor for pellets, grain and other loose material
You can set the height of the pellet auger in seven stages between 125 and 175 cm. You use the four wheels to position the 3 m pipe and place the auger’s discharge directly over the filling hopper of the press. The wood shavings or other materials are conveniently loaded into the spacious hopper of the auger, where you can enlarge or reduce the inlet size based on the product volume. The raw material is fed evenly to the press through the 220 mm diameter feed pipe. The 3 mm thick pipe is remarkably durable and suitable for heavy-duty, continuous use.
