S-Plasma 85H—modern welding technology guarantees high work progress

 

The cutting current reaches 85 amps at its peak, which is achieved with a duty cycle of 60 percent. With a duty cycle of 100 percent, a high 65.8 amps are still possible. These performance values are sufficient to cut workpieces up to 27 millimetres thick. The plasma cutter can cut tool steels as well as stainless steel and other high-alloy steels. Even aluminium, copper and titanium can't resist the powerful plasma arc of the S-Plasma 85H.

The torch is ignited using a pilot plasma arc. The activity of the burner is regulated by a fast-response electromagnetic valve. To prevent oxidation or deformation of the workpiece after a cut, the air supply continues for a definable period of time. The post-flow time can be pre-set directly at the power unit between 2 and 15 seconds.

GAS POST-FLOW TIME

The time after the weld is finished in which gas continues to flow from the torch; this cools the burner and protects the weld from oxidation.

 
2-STROKE

Start the weld by placing pressure on the torch button. Stop the process by releasing the button.

 
4-STROKE

By pressing the torch button the solenoid valve opens. allowing the gas to flow in. The gas pre-flow ignites the arc at the pre-set current. Releasing the burner button initiates a rise in the current to that of the pre-set welding current. The welding process stops once you press the burner button again.

Fungerar bra inga problem. Lite känslig vid start så har man inte potentiometer för Ampere o gas i utgångsläge löser 16A säkringen ut i centralen. Kräver kanske större säkring. När den väl är igång så inga problem. Transportskada på maskinen men det är inte maskinens fel.
