The compact plasma cutter, powered by IGBT technology
With the Stamos Germany plasma cutter, you're in total control of your work. A clear control panel with LED and pressure gauge informs you about the cutting parameters at a glance. Simply set the pressure and cutting current as you see fit. With the right setting, you can cut a wide variety of metals such as steel, stainless steel, copper or aluminium precisely and quickly.
This powerful plasma cutter delivers clean, precise cuts
Set the cutting current on the plasma cutter with a control dial between 25 and 50 A. All values are clearly displayed on the LED screen. At peak power, the plasma cutter slices through workpieces up to 15 mm thick.
Control the air pressure with a regulator featuring a safety lock. This prevents accidental air pressure adjustments. Read the current value on the integrated pressure gauge. The perfect balance of air pressure and welding current delivers clean, precise cuts.
The IGBT inverter delivers high-power voltage via PWM technology while keeping weight and size to a minimum. This makes the portable plasma cutter, which also features a carrying handle, even more effective. Whether on a construction site, in a workshop, or maintaining railings – you won’t want to work without this powerhouse!
With high-frequency ignition, the torch starts instantly, and the pilot arc ensures uninterrupted cutting through grids and grates. To prevent oxidation or deformation on the workpiece after a cut, select a gas after-flow time of 5 or 10 s. By letting the air run on, you can also cool the burner and avoid damage. The base unit is equipped with a powerful fan that avoids overheating.
Connect the Stamos Germany plasma cutter from to a 230 V power source with the 2 m cable. This allows you to use it as a flexible plasma cutter in automotive workshops, commercial metalworking operations and industrial production. In addition, the plasma cutter also supports DIY-ers when it comes to demanding renovation and repair projects.
