With the versatile spiral mixer, the strenuous and time-consuming mixing and kneading of large quantities of dough is a thing of the past. It is also much more hygienic than doing it with your hands with great physical exertion. The foolproof operation enables you to produce tasty pizzas as if on an assembly line even during the hectic lunch hour, ensuring that no guest goes home or back to the office hungry.
Lower the 250 mm diameter mixing bowl by pressing the lever on the side. You can then pour the ingredients into the 10 L bowl. The kneading machine can process up to 1.75 kg of flour per cycle. The stirring process is then started with a single press of a button. Due to the three-speed motor with 650 W and up to 230 - 580 revolutions per minute, the planetary mixer easily manages ingredients of all degrees of hardness from whipped cream to bread dough.
The practical safety guard allows you to add additional ingredients during the mixing process without having to turn off the kneading machine. As soon as the dough is ready, you can switch the machine off with a simple push of a button. After removing the dough, wash the bowl and the dough hood, the whisk, or the flat beater. These high-quality, durable stainless steel components are very easy to clean, as is the device's aluminium housing.
