With the immersion circulator RCVG-45 you can gently cook food to the minute at a constant temperature. With its compact shape and easy attachment to saucepans and catering containers, the device is suitable for commercial use in restaurants, bistros or hotel kitchens, but also for private use at home. Simply plug it in, set the time and temperature and let the stick do its work.

Sous vide cooking allows you to prepare various dishes gently and evenly. Whether vegetables, meat, seafood or even soups – any food keeps its fresh aroma and strong taste during the cooking process because it is enclosed in vacuum bags. First, fill a pot or a deep catering container with 20 to a maximum of 30 L of water. Due to a stamped level indicator on the stainless steel casing, you can do this without any further tools. Attach the sous vide immersion circulator to the edge of the container. The easy-grip adjusting screw ensures a tight fit. Then set the desired cooking temperature and time. Both can be set precisely to 0.5 °C in a range of 5 - 90 °C with the intuitive touchpad with LCD display.

The energy-efficient stick automatically heats the water with its 1,500 W heating element. The water is set in motion to ensure a constant temperature. Put the ingredients into the container.

During the entire cooking process, which can be set to a time between 0 - 99 h, the built-in digital thermostat guarantees a constant temperature. Once the set time has elapsed, the exchange circulator switches off automatically. This gives you full control over the cooking process.
