The cooling attachment has a temperature range of 2 to 10 ° C. The temperature is set with the buttons on the side of the LED display. The display always shows you the current state of the device. The refrigerated display case has an automatic defrost function, which automatically starts a defrost cycle every 6 hours, saving you time. It is also possible to start the process manually.

The high energy efficiency of the cooling unit is due to the use of R600a refrigerant gas. Its excellent thermodynamic properties allow for the installation of smaller heat exchangers, resulting in lower electricity costs. The rapid reaching and maintaining of the desired temperature is ensured by the 125 watts compressor and supported by a fan cooling system supplying cool air.

The large capacity of 60 litres is one of the main advantages of the refrigerated display case. The 150 cm long saladette holds up to 6 GN 1/3 containers with a container depth of up to 150 mm, which allows for the simultaneous storage of many different foods. A wide variety of GN containers can also be placed in the device, such as for instance GN 2/3, 1/6, 1/9, GN 1/1, 1/2 and 1/4 – however, this depends on the number of containers used at each particular time.
