The contact grill from royal_catering is a professional piece of cooking equipment designed for hotel restaurants, cafés, fast food restaurants and catering companies, as well as for private use. The grill plates are flexible and are perfect for preparing meat, fish, vegetables, sandwiches and paninis.
Electric grill with easy handling by royal_catering
With its stepless temperature control between 50 - 300 ° C and the power of 2,200 W, meat, fish, vegetables, sandwiches and much more can be prepared gently and in a controlled manner. You can set the temperature using a handy rotary control. The built-in indicator lights help you to operate. The green indicator light shows whether the contact grill is switched on, while the orange light goes out as soon as the set temperature has been reached.
The countertop flat top grill impresses with its robust, high-quality workmanship. The casing is made of scratch-resistant stainless steel and has one upper and one lower grill plate, which ensure that the food to be grilled is heated at the same time. The plates are heated electrically. There is no annoying smoke or grill smell, as with conventional grilling, which makes the contact grill ideal for indoor use.
The upper grill plate of the professional electric grill is height adjustable and can be adjusted. With their ribbed shape, they create the characteristic wave pattern on steaks, bread and other delicacies. The cast iron plates prevent food from sticking. Due to the flat lower surface, the grill is perfect for cooking panini, fried eggs and pancakes.
