The buffet server is easy to handle and flexible in use, as you do not need a power connection. The fuel container is easily accessible: you simply fill it with fuel paste from the catering supplies. The fuel container is equipped with a lid for easily putting out the flame and is designed to always guarantee safety when using the chafing dish. Install the fuel paste centrally and safely under the bottom of the 305 x 305 x 83 mm water container. The punctual and efficient heating of the thin-walled container guarantees optimum heat distribution, keeping your dishes warm, aromatic and ready to serve even over several hours. The water also serves as an ideal buffer to prevent the food inside the pan from burning or overcooking. A further advantage of the water bath is that the hot water still keeps the food warm for some time even after the flame of the fuel been extinguished.
