Welding Helmet - COLOUR GLASS XI-100 - coloured field of vision

The automatic welding helmet offers you a DIN 4 / 5 - 9 / 9 - 13 adjustable light protection range. With the help of a self-test, you can optimally adjust the light protection to your needs. With a 100 x 97 mm viewing range, you can keep all the essential details in sight. The COLOUR GLASS XI-100's long-life cartridge is powered by solar cells and a replaceable CR2450 battery (not included) with a 5000 h operating time as a back-up.

The extremely lightweight welding helmet made of synthetic material weighs only 0.8 kg, so you can wear it effortlessly even on long jobs. For optimal wearing comfort, also adjust the headband. The TECAMID 66 material blend of polyamide 66 and PC used is known for its good rigidity, strength, high abrasion resistance and thermal dimensional stability. Thanks to the very good thermal, chemical and mechanical properties, you can even use the helmet for a long time in harsh conditions.

With a very fast 1/25000 s response time from light to dark, you are protected from harmful arc beams at all times. This means that your eyes are not overly strained and you do not need a long acclimatisation period to continue welding. In addition, the helmet offers optimum UV/IR protection at all brightness levels up to DIN 16. Thanks to outstanding values for optical class, scattered light, homogeneity and viewing angle dependence, the automatic welding helmet is predestined for professional use with welding equipment.

Use the welding helmet for all common welding processes thanks to the comprehensive light protection. The light sensitivity, delay time and the degree of darkening can be individually adjusted to the respective welding process. If you want to perform other metal work such as grinding without taking off the helmet, resort to GRIND mode.
