The thermos container has a holding capacity of 10,5 litres. The container and lid are made of heat-resistant double-walled stainless steel and have an additional insulation layer between the two stainless steel walls. The double-walled insulation maintains the temperature of food or drinks for up to 12 hours.
The food service thermos container has a removable stainless steel lid which helps to maintain the temperature of the contents. Prevent the pan from creating a vacuum
There is a warning on the lid not to close it at high temperatures. Unfortunately, it is not stated anywhere to what temperature it can be used. I was in the woods with a pan that would not open. Lukewarm soup is not an option. I would like to know what the maximum temperature is, so that the pan does not create a vacuum. Furthermore, a compliment about the material and the workmanship. Super happy with it.

What a revelation!
I regularly transport about 50 portions of hot soup for my walking group. I struggled with the spillage and was frustrated until I discovered this stainless steel thermos. I am delighted with it. It keeps the soup hot for 5 hours. No spilling or warring about transporting it. I highly recommend it.
