The product is exactly as described, perfect. The problem is that we opened the package today while renovating the kitchen, and it's damaged on the sides and one side is crushed. I understand and know it's not your fault, and I should have checked it. My reflection is that it's a shame that third parties handling your merchandise carelessly ultimately lead to unmet expectations and a frustrating process of claims and returns. I suggest you investigate what's happening in your systems, as it's a real shame because your products are of very good quality. Thank you.
