You can not only seal and store food, but also products like cosmetics or electronic parts, and store them in a safe and space-saving manner.

The casing is made from high-quality ABS-material, allowing the device to adhere to any hygienic standards. The vacuum sealer RCVG-28P from Royal Catering removes the air from the plastic bag after the goods have been placed inside. Then, the sealing mechanism ensures that the bag is not damaged and that no air will escape.

The hermetically sealed food can be stored or frozen, as well as be used for gentle sous-vide cooking. With this cooking method, sealed food is cooked for up to seven hours at a moderate temperature between 55 and 60°C. All the nutrients stay intact and the food develops its full flavour.

The size of the vacuum bags can have a width of up to 28 cm – you can freely choose the length to suit your needs. After the vacuuming process, the bag’s opening is securely sealed with a 3mm weld seam. Through the air-proof food sealing, decay processes (for example by oxidation) are prevented. Neither mushrooms nor bacteria can form inside the bag. Food stays fresh for a longer time and can be deep-frozen, thereby staying fresh for months.

The vacuum sealer has an intuitive digital touchpad with a LED-display. Actions can be repeated at an exact standard. The vacuum sealer has many different functions that allow you to safely package any objects.

The structured foil of the vacuum bag is 105 microns thick and very durable and tear-resistant. The material of the bags has a specially developed microstructure, which ensures that the goods are vacuumed faster and welded better. With a size of 28 x 40 centimetres, you can use the entire width of the vacuum sealer with the bags to pack your goods hermetically.
