With its appealing and practical design, the food processor fits in in any modern professional kitchen. The housing and bowl are made of high-quality stainless steel, making them quick and easy to clean. Four non-slip rubber feet on the bottom of the machine keep it stable on the work surface.

The crescent-shaped chopping knife with its four blades is perfect for mixing, crushing or coarsely chopping food. The blade is made of anodised aluminium, making it safe for acidic or salty foods. The knife's premium workmanship always guarantees a perfect cut without negatively impacting the food itself.

The food processor from Royal Catering is easy and intuitive to use. Two buttons allow you to switch the appliance on and off. The speed controller lets you set the blade speed between 1,100 and 2,800 rotations per minute. Whether coarse, medium-fine or fine, you can decide for yourself the perfect fineness and process a wide range of foods in just seconds.

The removable bowl has a capacity of 12 litres and a working volume of 6 litres. The handles on the sides of the bowl make it safe and convenient to move. A plastic cover prevents potential splattering, reduces noise and gives you optimum control. A filling hole built into the cover allows you to add additional ingredients and can be closed with a plug.

The double safety device protects against dangers caused by accidental opening of the lid and guarantees consistently smooth operation of the food processor. The appliance can only be operated if the lid is properly closed and the locking lever is engaged. A special click lock on the bowl and the device keeps the appliance steady and prevents excessive movement during operation. The duty cycle is three minutes with a break of 10 minutes. If the operating time is exceeded, the device will shut itself off independently. If this happens, disconnect the food processor from the power supply for 10 minutes.
