A solid stainless steel dehydrator with no unnecessary frills. I find the analog temperature and timer settings much more convenient than the usual fiddly digital controls. It holds approximately 2 kg of apples for drying. Great price. Highly recommended.

The powerful dehydrator from Royal Catering makes it possible to produce healthy, dried delicacies in your restaurant, bar or even at home. The removal of water during the drying process ensures that fruits, vegetables and herbs, as well as fish and meat, can be preserved and enjoyed for much longer.
Beef jerky or dried vegetable slices?
With a power of 800 W, the heating element of the dehydrator reaches the desired temperature for the dehydration process as quickly as possible and keeps it constant thanks to the temperature control system. Set the temperature range of the dehydrator from 30 - 90 °C.
The temperature and the timer are set intuitively and in a user-friendly way via rotary controls on the top of the appliance. The controllers can be used to check and control the drying process within a period of 0 - 15 h.
In the large dehydration chamber, the 8 removable stainless steel drying shelves provide enough space to dehydrate a large amount of food at the same time. The heat from the drying chamber is evenly distributed inside the dehydrator. The stainless steel dehydrator is therefore also suitable for refreshing food.
The chamber - like the housing and the inserts - is made of stainless steel and is therefore very easy to clean and extremely durable. The tempered glass front allows a view of the drying process at any time without opening the door.

It was worth it.
Looks and smart features weren't important. It was important that it was durable, 800W for stable heat retention and can handle 90 degrees. It's prettier than in the pictures. Metal trays are good, they won't age like plastic trays.

Great product, the purchase was worth it, I am satisfied. The result in a few hours - we have dried fruit, the whole family praises it. No complicated controls, we set the temperature and time. I turn it on and I don't have to do anything else. The grates are easy to wash. It is not noisy.

A unique machine
The best machine and I would buy it again even for home. The price does not matter because the value of this machine made entirely of metal significantly exceeds the value of plastics at PLN 150 per piece. The drying effect is perfect. Full control is perfect and simple. It is good that the company did not go for shiki-miki and did not add electronics and ubiquitous LCD displays. Safety and peace of mind during long-hour processes are priceless. We already have several devices from this company and we will buy more. The company feels the needs of gastronomy.
