Double Contact Grill - Ribbed - 2 x 1,800 W
The double contact grill RCKG-3600-G by Royal Catering is a professional kitchen appliance which is perfectly suited for usage in hotel restaurants, bars, fast-food restaurants or catering companies, as well as in your home kitchen. The grill is flexible and, due to its large, double grill, ideal for preparing grilled snacks such as paninis, sandwiches, grilled vegetables or steaks and other meat specialities.
The cast iron grill plates with a ribbed, enamelled surface are quickly brought to the desired temperature with two powerful heating elements of 1,800 watts each. The energy-efficient grill evenly distributes the heat from above and below. The enamel coating prevents the food from sticking to the grill plates.
The grill has two upper, height-adjustable grill plates (each 21.4 x 21.4 cm), which optimally adapt to the grill food, and a large, lower grill plate (47.5 x 23 cm), which can warm up food on both sides or one. The plates are electrically operated. No disturbing smoke is produced, which makes the electric grill ideal for indoor use.
The temperature of the two grill plates can be set separately between 50 and 300 ° C. Once the selected heat has been reached, the thermostat reliably holds it. The double contact grill heats two separate grill plates with the exact temperature your food needs.
Various status lights allow for a perfect control over the device. The integrated green lights indicate the activity of the grill or the respective plate. While the heating elements are heating up, orange control lamps glow until the set temperature is reached. The compact grill has an overheating protection, which ensures a safe operation of the device.
The casing of the double contact grill is made of durable, robust stainless steel, which makes it shine and very hygienic. The material is resistant to mechanical damage and to contamination such as rust, water stains, corrosion or food particles. The dishes are always food-safe in taste and smell.
The contact grill has a removable drip tray where the fat gathers during the food preparation. This and the materials used make it very easy to clean the grill. Non-slip rubber knobs and heat insulated handles ensure your safety while cooking. Due to its compact design, the double contact grill can be transported and assembled at any place or event.
