The free-standing countertop convection oven from Royal Catering provides efficient air circulation for fast and even baking. The convection oven is perfect for a variety of foods such as pizzas, casseroles and chips and is ideally suited for use in restaurants, cafeterias, bistros, petrol stations or in private households. We left nothing to chance for this multifunctional oven and had it developed by the experts of one of the most influential kitchens in the world and probably the best in Europe: Italy is a byword for culinary pleasure, which can be served in no time with this convection oven!

The professional countertop convection oven from Royal Catering's catering equipment collection—made in Italy!

The heating element has a 2,800 W output while a powerful fan ensures fast and even cooking. This results in crispy, thin doughs, juicy toppings and perfect casseroles on which the mozzarella gently melts. Above all, convection makes it possible to prepare different foods at the same time without having to turn or change the baking trays. The tabletop oven is equipped with a thermostat which can be set between 100 and 260 °C and keeps the pre-set temperature steady. The integrated timer can be used if desired and set to between 0 and 120 minutes. The food can be moistened during cooking to prevent the dishes from drying out at the touch of a button thanks to the steam function.
The housing and interior of the convection oven are made of high-quality stainless steel which is neutral in contact with food and is both particularly robust and easy to clean. The heat-resistant double-layer glass door always allows you to monitor the cooking process in the countertop oven without having to open the door. The separately adjustable interior lighting guarantees an attractive presentation of products. The shelves are 74 mm apart. The convection oven comes with four baking sheets.
