Product Description
Contact grill - griddle - timer - 1,800 W
With the RCKG-2200-GY contact grill, you can quickly and precisely serve grilled dishes. Spoil your guests with hot snacks, crunchy vegetables or crispy meat. The contact grill is not only versatile, it is also used in a variety of places - be it in hotel bistros, cantines, buffets or farmers' markets.
High performance heating elements with a power rating of 1,800 W bring the RCKG-2200-GY up to desired temperature. A timer takes care of timing, with a selectable duration between 0 and 15 minutes. The timer's digital display allows you to save grilling times for recurring meals, retrievable over one of six included programmes. If desired grilling time has been reached, an acoustic sound is signalled to remind you.
The grill's temperature can be adjusted between 55 and 300 °C through a rotary knob. If desired temperature is reached, the orange pilot lamp will go out and temperature will be dependably maintained. This ensures that the grilling surface allow you to grill at the temperature your meals require. Overheating protection ensures safe use.
The grill plates are made from cast iron and have grooved, enamelled surfaces. The grill surfaces evenly distribute heat from above and below to grill meals. The enamel coating thereby prevents meals from sticking.   Â
The lower grill plate offers sufficient space for numerous tasty snacks with a surface of 22.1 x 22.3 cm. The upper grill plate is opened and closed comfortably and safely by hand. Skid-proof feet allow comfortable and safe work, even when the snacks are under a great pressure.
The drip tray made from stainless steel catches surplus oil or fat from grilling and is removable for cleaning if needed. Stainless steel casing and enamelled griddles are easy to clean and service. Through compact design, you can easily transport and set up the contact grill at every event or location.
