Besides the preparation of rice, the appliance is also suitable for steaming - whether vegetables, eggs, fish or rice, with this steamer and multi-cooker you can prepare a variety of food easily.
The rice cooker can hold up to 6,4 litres of uncooked rice, which is the equivalent of 23 litres of cooked rice, which is a sufficient amount of rice for up to 28 - 53 people. To facilitate the portioning of the rice a scale is located inside the pot and thanks to its 3.000 Watts; the commercial rice cooker can quickly reach operating temperature therefore able to cook, warm or steam large quantities of food.
The boiler and the lid are made of stainless steel, whereas the handle, regulator and feet are made of plastic. The removable pot is coated with an anti-stick coating and thanks to the two control lights, it is possible to determine the operating conditions quickly (Warm / Cook). This appliance switches automatically from the cooking mode to the holding function.
Due to its timeless and simple design, the commercial rice cooker adapts and integrates very well in any environment and situation.
