The numerous setting options of the frequency converter are set and controlled via a user-friendly LED display. In addition to numerous manual setting options such as delay times or frequency, automatic presets ensure safe and trouble-free operation. Thus, thanks to the automatic voltage regulation, the output voltage can be kept constant even if the mains voltage changes. The automatic limitation of torque, current and voltage prevents switch-off during operation and protects both the frequency converter and the motor. In addition to the customisation options, a large number of interfaces ensure a wide range of applications. These include: Multi-function and IO expansion cards, RS485 and CANIlink communication cards as well as PG cards for differential input, rotary transmitter and OC input. Five digital terminals (one for high-speed pulse input of 100 kHz) and two analogue input terminals (0 to 10 V and 0 to 10 V / 4 to 20 mA) are available as standard. In addition, five digital input terminals and one analogue input terminal (0 to 10 V) can be added. For the output range, one high-speed pulse output terminal, one digital and one analogue output terminal (0 to 20 mA / 0 to 10 V) and one relay output terminal are available as standard. In addition, one digital output terminal and one analogue output terminal (0 to 20 mA / 0 to 10 V) as well as a relay output terminal can be added as extensions.
