The two chains enable you to adjust the spread of the legs, meaning you can set the stand to four different working heights and widths. The windscreen stand's tubes are made of high-quality, 1.2 mm-thick steel. The 28 mm in diameter tubes provide good stability and have a maximum weight capacity of 220 kg. The windscreen stand also has rubber caps on the feet to provide secure and non-slip footing.
The tubes are also coated with EPE foam along the top of the stand to stabilise panels and windscreens and protect them from scratches. This body shop panel stand is very easy to fold together, which makes storage easier and saves space. The individual pieces are very quick and easy to assemble.
