Product details

The position of the seat, the backrest and the leg rest can all be adjusted with just a few motions. The seat can be set in four different positions with an angle of up to 40°. The backrest has ten different positions with an angle of up to 90° for seated exercises such as the dumbbell shoulder press. The height of the leg rest can be adjusted and has five positions.

The seat and backrest of the sit up bench are comfortably upholstered and covered with PVC leather, a material known for its longevity and easy care. The frame of the bench is made of sturdy steel and can hold up to 120 kg. When calculating the load, make sure to include the weight of any dumbbells or training weights along with your own body weight.
