The fitness bench combines the advantages of a flat bench and an incline bench. This allows you to do many different exercises that address the entire torso musculature. For example, lean against the backrest to strengthen your shoulders with dumbbell exercises. While the incline bench press trains the upper chest area, the classic flat bench press is probably the most effective method for a muscular upper body. Or stand behind the inclined backrest and perform biceps curls for strong upper arms.
With just a few simple steps you can change the inclination of the seat between 180° and 165°. The backrest offers 6 different positions between 90 - 180°.
The flat bench supports people with a maximum body weight of 100 kg. Watch your own weight plus the weight of any dumbbells! The comfortable pads adapt optimally to the body. At the same time, they help you to perform exercises correctly and prevent incorrect loading.
The 310 x 300 mm seat and the 785 x 310 mm reclining surface are covered with durable imitation leather. Like the powder-coated steel construction, this material is durable, hygienic and easy to clean - ideal for daily use.
