Once I figured out which direction the red arrows should point, assembly was no longer a problem. There was a crack in one of the chair legs, which was replaced easily and in a customer-friendly manner. The chair is comfortable and looks good. Shipping was faster than announced.

Contrary to some reviews, the chair was easy and quick to put together if you paid attention to the red arrows. I sat in this chair for a long time and noticed that my pain in the hip and thigh area decreased. That's why I appreciate this chair. I also find this chair visually appealing. I'm thinking about ordering 2 more chairs.
