Product Description
Combined Welder - Digital - TIG - MIG/MAG - MMA - 200 A
The combined welder TRON 200 with digital menu navigation offers the right welding process for every metalwork. Thin sheets or robust steel girders, with or without gas, on the construction site or in the workshop, with MIG/MAG, TIG, MMA or FCAW welding processes -- this welder has all the options for efficiently and safely welding metals together. With its powerful IGBT inverter, this welder is able to quickly switch between welding processes, thus delivering high-quality welds with a very low error rate.
With MIG/MAG welding, gases protect the weld seam - with MIG it is inert gases, with MAG active gases. With the method you weld quickly and efficiently. The wire feed has a speed of 2 to 14 m/min and is designed for wires with a diameter of 0.6 to 1 mm. You can use a spool gun (not included in the scope of delivery) for MIG welding, which feeds the welding wire directly to the torch.
Thanks to the synergy function, you can optimally coordinate all parameters in MIG/MAG welding. Select the welding current between 50 and 200 A and the welding machine sets the remaining parameters such as welding voltage and wire speed automatically.
With FCAW welding, you create weld seams using a cored wire – without additional gas. This makes the method very handy - perfect for small repairs outdoors.

Yes, the anti-stick function switches on automatically when MMA welding and prevents the electrode from sticking to the workpiece.
Can you use this welder to weld in TIG mode?
Yes, simply select TIG mode from the digital menu. The device uses lift-arc start for this welding process, which has less effect on sensitive devices nearby.
