Unfortunately, the metal strips are too short for the jug :(, if you live alone and have very physical limitations with your hands and arms, the handle cannot be installed because you cannot attach the other end, about 1 to 2 cm too short. The device is great and easy to clean, but the jug is very unwieldy when filled and heavy without a handle.

I have had 3 of them. The same type from China. It seems they are made in the backyard of some strange house. I've got so many problems with it. I am surprised they are still on the market. The last one stops after200ml water is distilled. It starts again but after 3-5 minutes stops. Materials are not standard. Some are not rustfree, some have ok glass some It cracks.

The device works well, but also generates a lot of heat. If you can, you should let it work alongside a heat pump (synergy effect). When attaching the handle, which has been criticized, please note: The metal straps are bent in the wrong direction. But it's no problem to bend it the other way around, then assembly is child's play!
