On emailing customer services I received a prompt response and having identified the part received an immediate response with notification of a replacement being sent. With the outdoor heater UNI_HEATER_04 from Uniprodo, the experts for hotel supplies, you can create a warm oasis when and where your guests need some comfort. The mushroom shape of the top distributes the heat generated with infrared extremely effectively to the nearest persons and objects. The height of the outdoor heater can be adjusted between 1.8 and 2.1 m. You can easily regulate the heat by choosing between a heating output of 650 W, 1350 W or 2000 W. The standing outdoor heater quickly reaches the desired temperature and can be adapted to any situation and used most effectively.
The stainless steel and plastic construction of the patio heater is extremely stable. The wide base gives the necessary stability to the terrace heater, which securely holds it on flat surfaces. With protection class IP34, the heater can also be used outdoors, but should be protected from rain. The electric patio heater is operated with a 230 V connection and can be conveniently switch on or off with a pull switch. The heating elements have a service life of up to 5,000 h, so that the infrared heater can provide heat in the long term.

PATIO HEATER
The experience of ordering and delivery were excellent....The 2000 W heater worked very well at first but two months ago the fuse in the plug went on fire and the heater has not worked since ...up to then it only had occasional use..The heat melted the plug's surrounding plastic BUT it did not cause damage to the house or surrounding property...Our electricity is the same as all British Standard.....J.L
