Do you need to lift loads with a rope hoist or chain hoist, and also transport them? Then use the beam trolley by Steinberg Systems! Transporting heavy loads is child's play thanks to a powerful motor and smooth push-up carriage. Simply attach your cable or chain hoist to the push trolley. The durable beam trolley is ideal for professional use in factories, industry, recycling centres and shipyards – anywhere that heavy loads have to be moved.
The crane trolley from our professional tools collection
The electric trolley is attached to a steel beam, which must have a width of 68 - 110 mm. Wide flange girders, I-girders or double T-girders are suitable to use as steel profiles. With the help of the push trolley, you can also transport it over a winding route, as long as the curve radius is at least 1 m.
The trolley is powered by a 200 W engine. The electric girder trolley reaches a speed of up to 16 m/min, and you can move loads quickly and comfortably. The beam trolley is controlled with a wired remote control.
The trolley can be used in combination with different hoists. You can use the MSW Proliftor series wire rope hoists for the trolleys (item no .: 10060009, 10060008, 10060006, 10060010) as long as they do not exceed the maximum load of 1000 kg. Alternatively, a chain hoist or ratchet hoist can be attached to the girder trolley. This offers you a wide range with which you can use the trolley.
With its long-lasting steel and alloyed steel construction for all critical components, the beam trolley is a reliable and durable assistant when it comes to heavy loads. A coating protects the girder trolley from corrosion and also increases the service life of the product.
