Solder Filters - HEPA - Fleece - Carbon

The solder filter set consists of three different filter layers designed for the soldering fume extractor S-LS-54 from Stamos Soldering. Protect yourself from dangerous and material-damaging fumes and rely on precise soldering technology and effective filtration made of HEPA, carbon and fleece.

The three-stage filtration system includes a pre-filter as well as a HEPA and a carbon filter, which eliminate air contaminants more reliably than a single-stage carbon filter. First the pre-filter removes large particles from the air, which also extends the lifetime of the subsequent filters. The HEPA filter absorbs finer harmful particles, and the carbon filter removes harmful gases, odours and fumes from the workplace.

The set includes all the filters needed for solder fume extraction. On average, the pre-filter should be changed monthly and the HEPA and carbon filters should be changed every four to six months. Replacing the filters is intuitive and takes only a few minutes. A sensor monitors the condition of the filter and will alert you when it needs to be replaced.
