Repair smartphone screens in your workshop

The LCD separator has a total power of 1,180 W, enabling it to quickly reach a temperature range of 50 to 120 °C. You can precisely control the temperature and the vacuum function via the practical LED control panel. The screen separator machine is ideal for electronics workshops, do-it-yourselfers and hobby workshops.

The LCD screen separator is equipped with a smooth, high-quality 28 x 22 cm aluminium work surface which guarantees uniform heat distribution. It is designed for devices with a maximum diagonal measurement of 12" (30 cm) The integrated vacuum gripper with 12 W output and a suction capacity of 0.05 MPa holds the display firmly on the work surface. The 40 cm-long cutting wire made of a heat-resistant metal alloy easily separates the display after heating.

The housing of the LCD screen separator is made of powder-coated steel and is thereby protected against corrosion. The device is also equipped with a 5 V USB port which you can use to charge or test compatible devices.
